This guy is from Belgium, and this was a #1 hit there last year. Now this song is currently making big waves in France and Germany. Really catchy "spoken" dance track.

I like, nice french rap/electro crossover, but I don't like the sax :( And I doubt it will be picked up for the UK cos of the French lyrics...

The sax is the best part of it :P And yeah, never in a million years will get a UK release. Its now charting in Austrian, Swiss and Luxembourg I-Tunes chart.

When I first time heard this, I thinked 'Oh God what a piece of $h!t' and after few listens on Viva TV, I love it now
Wow, impressive  Wonder if it will get a UK release?

I almost agree 100% with this. Only difference is that I didn't think it was $h!t at first, just not brilliant. Would be interesting if Stromae did have a UK hit with 'Alors On Danse'. If 'Voyage Voyage', 'Joe Le Taxi' and 'Moi...Lolita' could go top 10 I don't see why this can't.

^^ Haven't we said the same thing about hundreds of songs though?

Some songs are really instant with me whilst others don't click straight away and require a fair few listens.

This song is excellent but i don;t think it will touch the Top 200 :(
I'm glad this is number 1 in Germany but tbh I'm not really keen on it (yet)

I just found out it's the 4th Europe number-one this year (after Meet Me Halfway, Bad Romance and Tik Tok), so I thought I'd listen to it, and I quite like it!

I can't see it getting popular in the UK though, because of the French lyrics, which is a shame. :( Hopefully some artist will at least sample the song or something soon...

After topping charts in Belgium, Germany and France, it's now currently topping the Austrian, Luxembourg and Swiss I-Tunes charts.

Also:

#97 I-Tunes Spain

#27 I-Tunes Italy

#11 I-Tunes Greece

will be released in Netherlands apparently.
