Posted January 31, 201015 yr This guy is from Belgium, and this was a #1 hit there last year. Now this song is currently making big waves in France and Germany. Really catchy "spoken" dance track. J9yzoTHP9HY
February 3, 201015 yr I like, nice french rap/electro crossover, but I don't like the sax :( And I doubt it will be picked up for the UK cos of the French lyrics...
February 4, 201015 yr Author The sax is the best part of it :P And yeah, never in a million years will get a UK release. Its now charting in Austrian, Swiss and Luxembourg I-Tunes chart.
March 3, 201015 yr When I first time heard this, I thinked 'Oh God what a piece of $h!t' and after few listens on Viva TV, I love it now
March 16, 201015 yr When I first time heard this, I thinked 'Oh God what a piece of $h!t' and after few listens on Viva TV, I love it now  I almost agree 100% with this. Only difference is that I didn't think it was $h!t at first, just not brilliant. Would be interesting if Stromae did have a UK hit with 'Alors On Danse'. If 'Voyage Voyage', 'Joe Le Taxi' and 'Moi...Lolita' could go top 10 I don't see why this can't.
March 16, 201015 yr ^^ Haven't we said the same thing about hundreds of songs though? Some songs are really instant with me whilst others don't click straight away and require a fair few listens.
March 16, 201015 yr Author Yeah you may like it but it will never be a UK hit really. It's just different cultures.
March 17, 201015 yr I just found out it's the 4th Europe number-one this year (after Meet Me Halfway, Bad Romance and Tik Tok), so I thought I'd listen to it, and I quite like it! I can't see it getting popular in the UK though, because of the French lyrics, which is a shame. :( Hopefully some artist will at least sample the song or something soon...
March 17, 201015 yr Author Hopefully some artist will at least sample the song or something soon... No thanks. The original, or nothing.
March 24, 201015 yr Author After topping charts in Belgium, Germany and France, it's now currently topping the Austrian, Luxembourg and Swiss I-Tunes charts. Also: #97 I-Tunes Spain #27 I-Tunes Italy #11 I-Tunes Greece will be released in Netherlands apparently.
March 28, 201015 yr I can't see it getting popular in the UK though, because of the French lyrics, which is a shame. :( Hopefully some artist will at least sample the song or something soon... Lumidee did: :puke2: QOra-v4GyBc
