why did anybody think that i was joking?! i told you it was serious. i didn't quote sources in english, as the german ones are more credible at this point. they confirmed it yesterdey, they confirmed it today as well.

anyways, at this point they haven't decided if she's going to perform by herself or not. they might do a duet or even a trio :D

stefan raabs ambitions is to top himself again - as we know, germany is always striving for success. in the press they say that in the history of eurovision there has been a case of a country winning two times in a row and of a contestant winning twice for his country. so, their goal is to "combine" these two :)

To be fair on Stefan Raab, the four times he's been involved in the Germany entry (1998, 2000, 2004, 2010) it's always done incredibly well, so good luck to him. I really like the idea of her doing a duet with somebody actually.

I think a duet would be ok. I know it's a song contest, but I don't know if Europe would vote for her to win a second time in a row if she performs on her own again.
Wow I just heard the news that she'll represent Germany next year too....has this ever happened before? That somebody represented their country two times in a row?

Lys Assia represented Switzerland three times in a row from 1956 - 1958.

And I think she wants to come back again, next year

I think she'd be better off being like that woman on the 2001 Danish entry myself. I can't remember what her name was, but she joined Rollo & King on stage for the second chorus.

Much of the charm of Lena is her simple innocence and naturalness. If they put here with someone else, or spend the next 12 months with her promoting/performing she will have loss those innocence and naturalness attributes. I'm all for Lena entering again but don't change the setup....or they will loss votes.

The German selection just started, they're using our format from last year, but called it Unser Star Fur Oslo. You can watch it at the link above. A guy with floppy hair just tortured and killed Robbie Williams - Bodies...

I downloaded Satellite weeks ago and also Lena's other song BEE
