I think it was used on Dancing With The Stars the other week, that might have given it a small boost :) Anyway, amazed at it's popularity, I thought FLOP when I heard it was getting a US release tbh

Surprised this has gone top ten. America normally hates pure pop.

Yeah, I think that's why Adam Lambert's For Your Entertainment flopped @ 61, it's shocking to see a UK pop act do so well, usually only urban acts from the UK do well! It's down to 10 now on US Itunes :(

This song seriously is everywhere. Especially in my office. Literally heard it on repeat blaring from the headphones of the guy sitting behind me and now as I type this the girl sitting diagonal is playing it. EVERYWHERE

never have thought la roux would get a hit in the US! think it's probably peaked now as it's falling on itunes :(

what will be the follow up? can't really see in for the kill being a hit in the US

Not sure if La Roux will have more hits there but I think she (& GaGa) paved the way

for more electro / dance pop made in UK or from the States itself in the Billboard-Charts!!

Maybe it could even be like the so-called "British invasion" in the 60's

or the "New Wave" movement in the 80's (every second decade the Brits

conquer America lol) - you never know...
