It's not Jayne who decides the singles. Management aren't usually responsible for the choice of singles although they do represent the girls and therefore have to make sure they are heard when the label i.e. Fascination chooses the singles so that's where the blame lies if this song is rubbish. I hate it when management gets the blame for things they don't control. Their only job is to represent and look after the artist's careers overall. The music side is Fascination with a bit of collaborative effort from management.

As we don't actually know the name of the person who's apparently really in charge of them, she'll get the blame?

She's their manager. Same way I know who Leona's manager is but she doesn't have anything to do with single choices.

 

I'd believe Fascination will make the decisions.

 

One thing I've never been 100% sure off is if Jayne is an employee of Maximum Artist Management who look after the girls. Going back to knowledge of the set-up with Leona, her manager is an employee of a bigger company.

 

And I certainly won't be blaming Jayne for Forever Is Over or any other decisions.
