With the success gaga is having, you can't really blame people for being influenced by her in order to try and succeed.

 

 

Being influenced by an artist is a completely different story to trying to copy or immitate another artist, the public will be very critical of an aritist appearing to copy another artist out there right now in the music industry. Its showing in her position atm..

Sabrina has always been a fan of the Lady who out Gaga's Gaga and that is the wonderful, before her time Grace Jones.I hope it is true Sabrina has signed with Cash Money records she needs a team that can give her the support she needs.

I hope this peaks high as a two-fingers-up at Radio 1. Stupid arses :angry: Honestly, they send out bad messages. "Ooh let's play NDubz, you know those bare sick chavs with awesome choons. Even though one of em threatened a R1 caller just cos she didn't like them, the girl posting insulting/rude messages on twitter and oh wait that antisocial video of Dappy that leaked in the press last year. Yeah let's play their music instead that boring yet moral Leona Lewis and any of Simon Cowell's acts cos we wanna be edgy"

Pleased Alex is climbing but the song is not out for 4 and a half weeks, Sabrina needs to be downloaded now.The desperation to be hip at Radio 1 is laughable, I am sure most of the management still wear ponytails, medallions and fake chest hair.Loving Choice at the moment though.

She was definately trying to copy Gaga - Quite embarassingly so.

 

After all the hype on here, i listened to the song for the first time and thought it was truly awful. Not surprised it aint doing well on here.

 

Have to say the new Usher song has grown on me alot...Number one next week perhaps?!!!

Alex has still got plenty of time to be added. Songs usually get added 3 to 4 weeks prior to their release so it should be playlisted next week or the week after. Radio 1 have no reason not to playlist it as her previous 2 singles did brilliantly. Why shouldn't N-Dubz be playlisted? no reason whatsoever, they are popular and it's not just chavs who listen to their music, I happen to be a big fan of their 1st album, unfortunately their 2nd is not as good but it still has some brilliant tracks on it. Why would they want to playlist the boring Leona Lewis song that people weren't really interested in, it probably would have done better had the video not been brought out so close to the release and then Radio 1 would have felt like they could support the song better. Loads of Simon Cowell acts get backed by Radio 1.

It would never do that. Wasn't OS promoted really early so it shot up then fell down a bit.

 

These are the milstones i've mentally set for ANL (in official charts):

 

11th April - #45

18th April - #34

25th April - #18

2nd May - #12

9th May - #9

16th May - #6

 

Probably unrealistic but can picture that for some reason - this is assuming the video drops on 16th April hence the big rise.

Why should what happens in the news affect the music? It's like Chris Brown, I like his music but I hate him. In fact I only dis like Dappy from N-Dubz as he seems like the douche, Phaser and Tulisa seem really nice and genuine.

I was talking in terms of the peak and not the sales.

That looks like a great time frame and peaks but I want better for ANL it is too good of a song and her best by miles.I really want to see a performance with no Pitbull and a great dance routine, but there are only a limited amount of tv programmes she can do.
