Wow, go Cheryl and Lena (can you believe that Germany is the leader in the odds for winning Eurovision now :o)

Anyone know if Bee and Love Me are getting airplay in Germany as well as Satellite? if not they're both holding up shockingly well based on one TV performance!

Yan's German chart comments - Issue date 2.04.2010

Lena Meyer-Landrut continues to reign over the singles chart in Germany with "Satellite", despite that her other hits "Bee" (#6) and "Love Me" (#8) have taken the downward path. The second position is occupied once again by former number one "Alors On Danse" of Stromae, while Unheilig's "Geboren um zu leben" recoups two places to number three.

The highest new entry belongs to Black Eyed Peas. "Rock That Body" is the fourth single taken from the band's "END" album and by entering at #14 is the first to miss the top 10. Their previous song "Meet Me Halfway" was a number one some months ago and is still at #27.

The second highest new entry comes at #20 from German band Culcha Candela. The great "Eiskalt" is the third single taken from the guys' latest album and comes after the somewhat slow burner "Monsta". The later started slowly outside the top 10 before eventually reaching #3 as a peak.

A place below Culcha Candela is the newest single from dance project Cascasa. By coming in at #21, "Pyromania" is not among their most successful singles but still among the highest charting ones.

Following the top ten success of "Doesn't Mean Anything", Alicia Keys returns to the chart with "Try Sleeping With A Broken Heart" at #33.

And finally one of the collaborations of the year at #57, where Czech legend Karel Gott meets Austrian superstar DJ Oetzi ...

The LP chart sees no change at the top where Amy Macdonald stands for a second week with her "A Curious Thing" album. The highest new entry belongs to German band Scorpions at #2. "Sting In The Tail" is the last album to be released by the already 45-year old group before its separation. The rockers have only one number one CD, the 1991-released "Crazy World", which of course features their biggest hit "Wind Of Change". At #3 we have as new the eastern German rock band Silly and their latest album "Alles Rot".

No, at least they are not played on VIVA or MTV. Although Jennifer Braun's "I Care For You" is getting some airplay on VIVA.

I know you don't get this information until tomorrow but I will post the question now anyway. Scooter Stuck On Replay Week 3 Position ? Thanks In Advance. Also where do you get the information?
Does anyone have any idea on Cheryl's sales in the singles?

Shame :(

Do you have any rough idea how much a single would sell to get into the top 5? I mean are we looking at 1k+ 5k+, 10k+, 15k+, etc

Really hope FFTL has found 150k sales from Europe and then it'll have sold over 1m worlwide

I have no idea tbh. If someone, maybe AshDeluxe can say something... I'm curious as well, but so far I have never found anything about sales :(

I also can only estimate... as far as I know you have to sell around ~1,000 units to get into the top 100... #5 I think should be between 13-18,000. #1 sometimes 30k, sometimes 150k (as Lena did last week).

what positions do you currently know from this weeks chart?

Nothing yet. I think it's because of the easter weekend. I'm guessing infos will be available only tomorrow.

Would love to know Cheryl in albums+singles if and when you get any info, thanks!
