Posted April 3, 201015 yr Nadine Coyle has reportedly signed to the record label Geffen. The Girls Aloud star, who is currently working on solo material, previously denied claims that she was struggling to ink a deal. The Sun says that she has now signed to Geffen, which is home to former Blue star Lee Ryan and Dame Shirley Bassey. The label also previously worked with Nirvana. Coyle has been collaborating with Matchbox 20 star Kyle Cook and Robbie Williams's former songwriter Guy Chambers on her first solo album. She recently left a video message telling fans that she wants the LP to be the "best possible album it could be". She is also listed on wikipedia listed as a current artist. April 4, 201015 yr I wonder why Polydor didnt sign her as a solo artist Greffen is a sub division of Polydor, just like Fascination. Edited April 4, 201015 yr by Bert for Lashes
April 4, 201015 yr Never heard of Geffen, but at least we have some news of her solo career. :heehee:
April 4, 201015 yr Assuming it's the UK one, it's a very new label. Only really started last year. They don't seem to have many big acts that I know of though: Mini Viva, Lee Ryan, Jade Ewen (until she joined the Sugababes)...
April 5, 201015 yr Even though Geffen are part of Polydor, I'm surprised they didn't sign her as solo. At least we have some more news anyway! :D
