Hard to believe we are onto yet another thread.

Well it's been a good few months for EE so there's always plenty to discuss! It's very rare for me to watch an episode and not have something to praise, critique or laugh about on here. Never a dull moment.

 

I'm going to take this moment to say that currently Carol is my favourite character, what with Janine have being less visible recently, and the same with Stacey and Ronnie.

I'm going to go with QUEEN BEN. Every moment a ROFL.

So much to comment on since I was last on but I'll resist or we'll need a new thread.

 

Completely OTT but I only discovered the other day that the actress who played Kylie had a small role in Half-Blood Prince as the waitress Harry flirted with! Random :kink:

It's bizarre to think that Amira

is leaving in three weeks' time - she's barely been seen for the best part of two months!

 

 

Great comedy with Z, Tam and Amira tonight and of course Carol made my life complete once again.

That means amira, syed and christian will have plenty of screen time from now til she goes, im looking forward to the reveal but im not looking forward to her departure.

I loved tonight's, there was great comedy from Tamwar, Zainab and Amira.

You really can tell the writers have an utter ball writing for

Ben. I actually quite admire them; they've somehow against all odds managed to turn what should be a crippling disadvantage (rubbish camp child actor) into one of their comedy cornerstones. That's impressive.

Slightly surprised that E20 has been given a 2nd series lol.

 

A second series of EastEnders' online teen spinoff E20 has been greenlit by the BBC.

 

Following the success of the mini drama's initial 12 episodes, the public broadcaster has ordered a further 10 for a second run.

 

Series two will focus on a fresh set of four yet-to-be-cast youngsters as they settle into Walford life living in the flat above Roxy's salon.

 

The episodes are to be penned by the 13 young writers who scripted the first series.

 

Speaking of the recommission, EastEnders' executive producer Bryan Kirkwood said: "It'll be very exciting to see where our brilliant young writers will take the next series and the evolution of a whole new set of characters.

 

"The cast have been a noisy burst of fun in EastEnders and provided the show with new faces that audiences have really engaged with."

 

Simon Nelson, controller of portfolio and multi-platform at BBC Vision, added: "We had no hesitation in commissioning another series, something which will delight the 17,000 fans who've been calling for more episodes on the E20 Facebook page."

 

Three of the four original E20 cast - Emer Kenny (Zsa Zsa Carter), Sam Attwater (Leon Small) and Ricky Norwood (Fatboy) - were immediately picked up for the main show, while Bunmi Mojekwu (Mercy Olubunmi) signed a similar deal just before the close of series one.

 

Series one is due to be repeated from Friday, April 23 at 8.30pm on BBC Three in three 30-minute outings, while the second series of 14-minute eps will be made available on the show's official website later this year.p

eastendes is going down hill rapidly since the live episode they have given an awful actor a major story-line im taklking about the one who plays billy he is a crap actor.

I agree we don't need any more teenage cast members in the main show but i have alot of :wub: for E20.
