Good episode tonight, loved Ryan and Stacey's scenes! :wub: I have a feeling Lauren will leave for the Summer, then return as a better actress?

They should kill Lauren altogether. She's pretty horrendous.

 

 

Loved tonight episode :) I was happy Tanya came back in to it, even if it was for one episode? :unsure: Im sure she will be back in a couple of months though, its obvious she likes Max too so i think they will do something with that story line again :)

 

I also really liked it tonight when we got to see Zoe Luckers husband etc. I hope they stay in it for a while :)

 

^^ Oh if Lauren's going away for the summer can she take Becca with her? I dont like Becca at all. Surely its got to come out soon about Stacy killing Archie and that it was Becca who rang/went to the police and told them it was Bradley?

 

Im looking forward to Lucy Benjamin coming back to the square on Friday too (I think its Friday anyway) :)

Brilliant ep, but I agree with Gramii that Lauren is totally awful, she can't act at all... I loved the Stacey/Ryan scenes, and Becca was great as always!

Madeline did indeed show yesterday why she was being axed, I cant help but say that leaving for summer camp in the US is a fairly flimsy exit storyline but never mind.

Fantastic episode on the whole though. Lacey will be very much so missed when she leaves. Jean & Becca scenes as brilliant as always.

Lacey Turner is going to be in an episode of Being Human. :D

Wednesday's episode was absolutely glorious and backs up my theory that ALL of the best soap action occurs at night. It was pretty atmospheric with the rain (and the hilariously frequent lightning) and everything. Very much enjoyed seeing a bit of back story to Vanessa's home life and I'm now convinced she'll be a wonderful character when she comes into it on a more permanent basis, like a modern day Chrissy (there is NO HIGHER PRAISE).

 

Stacey stole the episode though (and it shames me to say that when we had drunken Pat action and a TRIUMPHANT return from Queen Tanya of Hearts). Very emotional.

i agree great episode and i also noticed it was written by the brilliant Sinom Ashdown who never fails to impress me and also it was bryan kirkwoods credit and not joined with diedrick,so going by that episode im impressed with Bryan,

I don't think she is, I think they just want us to believe she dies. I doubt they'd have managed to conceal it if Diane Parish were really leaving.

He also introduced Shirley if memory serves me right. No doubt Kirkwood will bring in somebody he's worked with previously.

Quite annoyed at the scheduling for this week. Surely it could've been scheduled for Monday OR Tuesday, instead of neither. -_- Same with next week; it could've been on on Tuesday or Wednesday. <_<
