Yes! New English album from Nelly coming soon...

From Wikipedia:

In a recent video, Nelly said "I’m also writing an English album," she says "Timbaland and I hooked up in the studio about three months ago and we wrote 20 songs in two days. I was really inspired. I think maybe some of that material will be on my English album." On December 15, 2009, Nelly announced on her Twitter page that her new English album would be released May 25, 2010. On February 8, 2010 she also confirmed on Twitter that her English album will be called Lifestyle.[42] She recently worked with Timbaland on the song "Morning After Dark", which is featured on his new album Timbaland Presents Shock Value 2 as the lead single and was released internationally in late 2009.

Furtado added that Lifestyle would contain a small influence of funk, working with writer and producer Ryan Tedder for the upcoming album. The Lifestyle's lead single is targeted for a summer release. [43] On Nelly's Twitter account, she wrote about a song titled "Elin's Song" that she had recorded on tour. Some new songs illegaly came out, such as "Girlfriend in this City", that described some influences from Nelly's first albums with an urban tone.[

There's a Nelly Furtado forum ;)

"Timbaland and I hooked up..." :kink:

Yep, moving this to the Nelly F forum.

Great news to finally hear aof a new english album.

Good good :D The album she did last year was good and everything but theres only so much joy you can get from an album where you have no idea what is being sang about I find

Working with Timbaland again isnt the best of signs though. Judging from his latest album he's a bit of a tried and tested formula which doesnt work anymore unless you have Katy Perry by your side.

Was really needing good news, so thanks

@NellyFurtado I am fresh off my latin tour & full of new inspiration. Lifestyle is not coming out this summer anymore. Stay tuned 4 new leg of MI PLAN. Xo

:(

Ugh. I'm so over Mi Plan.

So disapointed.. was really looking forward to more (English) Nelly :P
