Ya plus Lady gaga has already sold some copie son download alone as alejando has already made the top 75 so i think Kylie would stand a good chance of her, shame they are both fully released in the same week as i like alejando and would be my 3rd fave gaga single.

I love the X album but I don't think there were any songs on it that were really suitable for lead single, and especially a comeback single. 2 Hearts was quite a brave choice and I'm glad she did it although it probably didn't do the album too many favours sales wise.

 

'In my arms' or 'Like a drug' would've been great choice for lead singles IMO

"All The Lovers" sounds amazing, will have to wait for the full version before I decide on its chart position although obviously i hope No.1!

While they are great songs (I love Like a Drug and it still pains me it was never released), there wasn't a Spinning Around or Can't Get You Out Of My Head to be seen on that album, not even a Slow. Nothing that really stood out on the radio, made people want to sing along or establish the fact that Kylie Minogue was back. 13 great tracks but nothing to launch a new era on I thought.

I think with spinning around it was more the video that said kylie was back rather than the song itself, or maybe thats just me as i like spinning around but there are many of her other single that would have made better number 1;s like its follow up on a night like this.

Oh yeah On A Night Like This is a better song definitely, but I think Spinning Around was the perfect choice for the big 'comeback' single.

First I adore GaGa but people are treating her like her discovered electro pop. Granted she has been huge these last 2 years but its not like she was the first female to ever do electro music. Kylie will always have her place in the market even if gaga is here or not
