When did you get that? Thought you had been a fan for ages.

It's brilliant though, must agree.

Yeah I am a fan for sure. I had the original DVDs when they came out but gave them to a friend so just got the Special edition one last week when it was re-released.

And been watching it all week.

Oh I see. ^_^

:o I want the special edition! What extras does it have??

How much was it by the way?

Well at 1st I thought it was just the same series 1 & 2 already out but they've put some extra outtakes on series 1 and Homage O metre - I havent used it but I think it tells what movie they're referencing.

And then there's a 3rd disc with a documentary/interviews with all the cast thats lasts about an hour and 20 minutes or something. They go back to the house and steets they fimed too.

I got it for £16.99 on Amazon which was the cheapest I could see...dunno how much the shopswould sell it for either.

The artwork is cool too:

Oh yeah he does too. Loads of people do! It's a good interview.

They always kept talking about a series 3 but the docu was made in 2004 so I doubt it'll happen just yet but maybe sometime. :yahoo:

OMG. I am definately buying that some time soon.

I hope they do make a series 3. It'd be great.

Though even if they don't there's still that ending thing with the baby that sort of rounds it off.

I'm happy with that being the end if they decide not to make anymore. It's better than leaving it at the end of series 2.

Yeah, great points. Simon said in the interview that if they made a series 3 everyone would have had to haved move on in life & gotten a bit older so it'd be different.

And I think I read somewhere he and Jessica wrote the first scene or something of series 3 after people's happy reactions to the ending with the baby....he also said that they know what happens to Tim & Daisy in their whole lives so maybe in a few years they can go back to it.

Oh well least there's 2 amazing series to watch all the time. :yahoo:

Yeah that'd be a good idea, if they were a bit older and stuff.

Yeah. We'll just have to wait and see.

Do you have a favourite episode? I think mine's probably episode 1, and is it in episode 2 the bit where they look like Shaggy and Velma? That made me laugh lol.

Oh and the one where Colin goes missing and they have to go rescue him.

Oh I love that bit. Now look at us!

Favourite episode is really hard as they are all amazing. From the 1st series episode 1 is brilliant and I like when they save Colin too. And the clubbing episode.

The episode from series 2 were they go out for the night & have the huge gun fight in the street is good too! And the episode with Mark playing the FBI type guy. Love it when they say "Are you Daisy Steiner?"

LOL. And when Marsha says 'what you been doing with yourselves' or something and it shows what their jobs are, then they say they're always really busy.

LOL yeah love that one too! They're all great.

I like that Bill Bailey has a small part in Spaced, and Simon's in Black Books. Like they give eachother cameo's. ^_^

Do you like Black Books? I've got the boxset, it's brilliant.

Hah I love Marsha. The episode were Daisy says she split up with her boyfriend and she says

"Oh I heard Tim shouting at you the other day...stupid cow, something about a key, you cant shoot straight you big titted b**ch"

"That was Lara Croft"

"Sounded like Tim" :D

Yeah I like Black Books, havent got the dvd though have to get around to it...and I love the way they have cameo's in each others shows. Have you seen Big Train has Simon and Mark Heap in it. B)

LOL!!!

I've got all 3 series, they only did commentary on 1 + 2 but they're still good. Dylan Moran is funny, i've got his 2004 'Monster' stand up on dvd.

I've only seen clips of Big Train. Is it worth buying?

Yeah! If you can get it cheap, I got it for 9.99 one time which is good as it's both series together with loads and loads of extra's. Lots of weird and unusual sketches...very random. Simon and Mark are fantastic in it!

I'll keep an eye out for it.

What's Mark Heap been in? Don't think I know who he is.

Hey!!! Quit it, Microchip!!

I see Youve Highjacked another thread XroystonXPoisanerX, talking about rubbish.

your just jealous because T.Rex-Truck On Tyke peaked at No.13 in 1974

How dare you call Spaced rubbish? I'm biting my cyber tongue, you're lucky you dont get a string of abuse for saying that.

And it was actually me that started talking about in the first place.

Ohh yeah! He's in 'How Do You Want Me?' which Dylan Moran's in.

Oh yeah I remember that show. Anyway I watched the first 2 episodes last night! I love when they learn all about each other then at the end say "Oh by the way my names Daisy" "I'm Tim" :D
