ooooo day off col 2moro and the fourth day of my liquid diet which consists of a yoghurt for breakfast, a cup a soup for tea and another yoghurt went well :P

YAY the 5 days of liquid diet are over, i lost half a stone :wub: erm now just going to eat healthy and little .. current weight: 9 stone 6 aim: 9 stone ... ooo this is like a diet diary :kink:
