May 28, 201015 yr Trent Reznor has announced that the debut release from his new group How To Destroy Angels will be a free download. The Nine Inch Nails frontman, who formed the band with his wife Mariqueen Maandig, will release the six-track EP on June 1. Available from the their website HowToDestroyAngels.com, a 'Hi-def' package is also available for £1.40 ($2), which includes a higher quality audio format of the EP, plus the music video for 'The Space In Between'. Meanwhile, the band's debut is due out on CD on July 6, and will be issued on vinyl at a later date. June 4, 201015 yr Trent Reznor's new band to release debut album in 'early 2011' Trent Reznor has announced that the debut album from his new group How To Destroy Angels should be released in early 2011. The Nine Inch Nails frontman, who formed the band with his wife Mariqueen Maandig and Atticus Ross, revealed on their blog, HowToDestroyAngels.Tumblr.com, that the band are currently "working on a full-length", adding that they hope to release it in "Q1 2011". Reznor also explained a bit more about the differences between their free self-titled EP and forthcoming album. "This EP is an artefact of the very first experiments we tried together," he said. "We were going to wait until we had a large batch of songs and then distil things down from there, but we liked this first collection and decided to release them. I would expect the next release to sound a bit more focused as we discover more about our combined chemistry." June 4, 201015 yr Author Cremey, have you ever wondered about getting your news from somewhere more faster, I keep seeing you post stuff from NME that I have seen before on other sites and before it comes up on my RSS feed for nme.com. just saying. Anyway as ususal loads of sites are making news over nothing, I could of posted this within 5 minutes of Trent saying that as I saw it appear on tumblr as soon as it was posted, but chose not to as he was just answering a fan question and not confirming anything.

June 4, 201015 yr Author when Trent answered a fan question he wasnt confirming a release, it's various sites (which NME joined the bandwagon with) are making news stories out of nothing, so I didnt deem it postworthy. was just syaing you seem to post a lot from nme.com when you could see news faster at better sites.
