Jones apparently off to Stoke for £9m.

Not particularly happy with this, especially if Bruce doesn't have a replacement lined up.

Ricardo Carvalho going to Real Madrid so it would seem.

When I say the BBC Sport ticker, I did at first think it was going to be A.Cole ha!

You fiend <_<

Jones gone to Stoke, confirmed now (£9m). There's a pic of him holding a Stoke shirt but I can't bring myself to post it.

I'm gutted tbh. As much as we've made a profit on the lad, I still can't see this being good business by Bruce unless he has a suitable replacement. The fact he's gone to Stoke of all teams as well has made it even harder to take.

I wish him all the best of course, but ugh. Annoyed by it all.

Man Utd have signed BEBE

Yes WHO THE f*** springs to all of our minds.

He's someone completely unknown lol. So either their scouting network is brilliant, or they've just bought a massive flop. No doubt some of the massive Man Utd fans who know nothing about football will be saying he's God's gift to football...if I hear that of anyone i'll literally rofl as I no-one will have been him play ever.

Apparently he represented his country in the homeless world cup.

Look out for his fans outside Old Trafford this season:

I'd say Liverpool will be fairly happy with the signings (J.Cole, Jovanovic etc.) + I think we needed Aurelio back as we didn't have a decent left back, personally, it's a two way fight for 4th, Liverpool and Manchester City. Yes, Man. City are probably favourites, but do they work together?

£7.4m is a huge gamble though. Especially since it seems to have been a rushed transfer and Fegie appears to have bought a player because of his pre-season form...

And Liverpool need another striker if we're going to continue to play 4-2-3-1. May not be the case if we play 4-3-3 with wingforwards, but doubt that formation will be used

Milner to Man City for £16m + Stephen Ireland. Milner = New Lescott?!

Stoke have signed Jon Walters from Ipswich.

Cardiff have signed Craig Bellamy on a season long loan. :(

Fulham have signed Moussa Dembele.

The big news however is that Liverpool have signed Brad Jones for £2.3m!   If he's worth more than £2m then I wouldn't sell Lee Camp for less than £10m. What a DIRE keeper. Every Boro fan has been wishing he'd go ever since Schwarzer left.

Aston Villa have got such a good deal. £16m + Ireland for Milner...very very good deal.

Liverpool have only signed Brad Jones because of the new rules. I think he's awful as much as every other Liverpool fan does. But it means Cavelleri can be sold for probably 4-5m and it frees up a spot for another over-21 foreign player. Just pray Pepe doesn't get injured....

I know why you've bought him, but why him? You might as well have had Paul Smith from us. An average Championship keeper who's currently available for transfer, probably about £250k.

Will be interesting to see how Davids does!

Meanwhile it looks like Spurs are gonna sign William Gallas! :o
