Unfortunately, this era has not been as successful as expected. It's going to be really annoying that they'll probably move eras, or try and fob "Rock God" off as a Feat. Katy Perry. What I thought was a behind the scenes of "Off The Chain", is just a recording of the song :(

They performed 'A Year Without Rain' last night at the People's Choice Awards, and also won Breakout Artist!

 

AYWR would've been a hit had it been sent for radio adds.

They did for Naturally and that went all the way up to like #11 on pop radio I think.

 

Anyway, they're releasing a third single... likely 'Off The Chain' but I've heard it might be a new song called 'Who Says'.

They're filming music video for it shortly.

 

Good we're getting third single, which Hollywood Records doesn't usually do..

The rumor is "Who Says", and it'll tie in with the new film "Monte Carlo".

 

I really can't see them re-releasing though, like they'd re-release, then drop the Spanish CD/EP then drop the next album. It seems really "OHEY SELENA YOU GONNA TAKE A BREAK?".

'Who Says' is the first single from the upcoming third album iirc, out June 28th (blimey, she's releasing again fast).

Again, I feel that this'll do a 'Round & Round' / 'A Year Without Rain' and debut around Top 30 or 40 then fall off fast :(

I know she's had a good amount of success in the past, I'm a big fan of Selena. But it would be great to see her do better than her previous albums with this one.
