June 3, 201015 yr Wasn't sure whether to put this in the Soccer Aid thread or this News thread. http://www.heatworld.com/Celeb-News/2010/0...me-a-proud-WAG/ Robbie Williams is gearing up to lead his England team to victory at this Sunday’s Soccer Aid event (think Soccer Six, but with actual A-listers and hot footballers) and his girlfriend Ayda Field is really getting into her role as a WAG. When we caught up with a very tanned and really rather gorgeous Robbie Williams earlier today during a break from training, he was quick to fill us in on how well his lady is adjusting to having a footie-mad man in her life. “She’s a WAG!” he told us. “She’s a proud WAG! She wants to phone Coleen Rooney to find out what to wear and what to say and not say and what to do. She’s really into the idea of being a WAG.” Robbie told us that despite Ayda being all-American, she’s going to be supporting England during the World Cup. “She even says ‘us’ when England are playing, which I love,” he confided. “It’s kind of sweet.” Sigh, he’s such a smitten kitten. We couldn’t help but notice (and feel when we had a little cuddle) that Robbie is looking better than he has in years – and it’s all down to the training he’s been doing for Soccer Six. “I’ve been running six to seven miles a day," he told us proudly. “Playing a couple of 90-minute games a week…I’m knackered, to be honest! I don’t know if I’ve lost weight, but I think I’ve toned up a bit. It’s been a good process.” Lucky old Ayda, eh? “Oh yeah…” agreed Robbie with a wink. “Yeah, yeah…we do it!” There are still a few tickets left for Soccer Aid 2010, which takes place this Sunday (6 June) at Old Trafford. Call 0844 576 2010 or visit itv.com/socceraid. You can catch the whole match this Sunday afternoon on ITV1 and then a whole host of exciting extra stuff on Soccer Aid: Extra Time, which will be hosted by the lovely Dave Berry over on ITV4 after the match. June 7, 201015 yr http://i50.tinypic.com/v4w8dk.gif Robbie Williams Reunites With Take That (Almost) There has been plenty of speculation about U.K. pop artist Robbie Williams reuniting with Take That in the last few years. It has not happened yet, but Williams has dueted with main songwriter and former bandmate Gary Barlow on a new single. It is their first collaboration since Williams left Take That 15 years ago. Williams' single "Shame" (Virgin), a co-write and duet with Barlow, is released Oct. 4 and will feature on the 39-track greatest hits set, "In And Out Of Consciousness - The Greatest Hits 1990 - 2010," a week later. It marks 20 years in the business for Williams, who left Take That in 1995 after apparently falling out with group members. He was later more critical of Take That's management and, although there was some media sniping over the years, Williams and the rest of Take That now appear to be on good terms. "It's incredible to listen to the album and realize that it's already been 20 years of making music and playing gigs," said Williams in a statement. "And the great thing about the album is that it's not only a celebration of my past but also a bridge to the future. The fact that part of the future includes a name from my past makes it all the more poignant for me." Take That split in 1996 and then reformed with the 1995-96 four-piece line-up 10 years later, with huge U.K. sales for their Polydor/Universal albums "Beautiful World" (2006) and "The Circus" (2008). With both acts' careers pretty much at parity - Williams has sold 1 million copies of current album "Reality Killed the Video Star" according to a statement - some sort of reunion seems likely at some stage. June 7, 201015 yr Robbie Williams to release duet with Gary Barlow Robbie Williams is set to release a new single which features his former Take That band mate Gary Barlow. The single will be the first new recorded material from the pair in 15 years.. The track, called ‘Shame', is due out on 4 October, a week before Williams' new album 'In and Out of Consciousness - The Greatest Hits 1990-2010'.. Williams said in a statement: "It's incredible to listen to the album and realise that it's already been 20 years of making music and playing gigs," . "The great thing about the album is that it's not only a celebration of my past but also a bridge to the future. The fact that part of the future includes a name from my past makes it all the more poignant for me." . Williams and Barlow famously fell out whilst Take That were at the height of their popularity, leading to Williams' departure the eventually break-up of the band in 1996. A bitter feud ensued and the pair were estranged for many years. . After the incredible success of a reformed, four-man Take That in 2005, Williams was invited by Barlow to rejoin the group[Y1] , a move seen by many as an effort to bury the hatchet. . In a recent interview with Jonathan Ross, Williams hinted that new material from the fully reformed group was forthcoming. http://new.uk.music.yahoo.com/blogs/behind...th-gary-barlow/ Edited June 7, 201015 yr by Cleo

According to The Sun newspaper, Ayda has decided to escape from the singer, and stay with her mother instead. When Robbie first started dating the 31-year-old he was managing a team in Los Angeles called LA Vale - named after Port Vale. June 23, 201015 yr http://sify.com/movies/hollywood/fullstory.php?id=14946143 Monday, 21 June , 2010, 12:12 Singer Robbie Williams says he would like to adopt two orphans sometime in the future. The singer recently visited Haiti on charity efforts and felt "guilt" at not being able to rescue countless children without homes and parents in the earthquake-stricken country. "I wanted to adopt straight away. That's the instant guilt thing you get when you first get to somewhere like that. But I've got a few things I want to do before that happens. I'll probably have a couple of my own first and then I'd like to adopt a couple too," he told the Sunday Mirror. The 36-year-old, who is dating actress Ayda Field, added "It's something we've talked about. I think it's on the horizon but I don't know when."
