Keane have gone 1-6-23-40 in a low sales climate, they are still very much contenders. (also, they aren't top 40 in the mids)

 

DiVi probably isn't in the running because it should get at the least some longevity from TBWML, while AFAIA Keane have no plans to release anything else from Night Train.

To be fair it's actually an 8-track EP and it's therefore incredibly odd it managed to make #1 at all.
