I'm actually ADDICTED to 'The Cure' at the moment  I LOVE it. The album is actually a grower and gets better after each listen.

The album is great material wise. IMO there is hardly any filler on the album, which is hard to come across these days. I could see any of the songs on the here becoming a single, except maybe "Was I The Only One". Even the bonus tracks IMO are good enough to be singles; even though they probably won't be.

Or your opinion just isn't shared by everyone. :P

Bingo ;)

Nah, you're entitled to your opinion of course, maybe it's just what the critics see as a vast improvement on her last album. Who knows, only Monday will tell for me and I can't blooming wait

u guys think the album will go top 10 next week?

I think it wil personally. Battlefield has had a big enough effect on radio and people and her debut sold solidly

Some random cute press :)

I absolutely ADORE S.O.S. - phenomenal! Such a girly anthem, I can imagine myself bopping away to this, hair flicks and all, minus the baby fat though obvs. Admittedly I haven't really listened to the rest of the album.

2nd single! :cheer:

Appppparently there's a HMV advert knocking around the telly! £7.99 there, i'm up at the crack of dawn to pick up a copy, or 4!

There is indeed. It advertises Battlfield, One Step and Tattoo. IMO a big mistake.

One Step and Tattoo didnt sell the first album.

Should have clip of another new song on there. Idiots :(

Oh that's absolutely ridiculous. Her management is an absolute joke if they wanted to mess around and be arses about it they should have put No Air on instead. Argh!

Got my copy this morning, about to take my first listen. I ended up actually waiting outside HMV for it to open...that was a bit embaressing on my half!

I must admit the album art's 100% better than expected, it all gels together quite beautifully really. It's a huge improvement on her first album.

I absolutely love the album to be honest, like Rain said the first 10 songs are let down by the final 4 and poor tracklisting.

Now..to find me some VERTIGO  :cheer:

I. Am. In. LOVE!

I love love love it! My favourite's probably Walking On Snow so far! There's not one track I dislike. I'm not the biggest of fans of SOS (surprise surprise...) and I think I was the only fan in the world to not be a huge fan of Freeze on the last album. For me, this is this albums Freeze, hopefully it'll grow!

HMV are selling the download alone for £5, can't complin with that! It's advertised across the top of page aswell on a banner so hopefully that'll boost sales.

Still haven't seen the advert though... it's good they've put money into a TV advert but if they think that's going to replace the success physical promo from her in the country would create, they'll be sorely mistaken!

Good on you waiting emma hope you enjoy!

Agree on ad/promo. Im shocked they think that this album will sell off the back of Battlefield single and her name

Oh, I really want Vertigo HQ, I'll search google and torrent sites :kink:

Me too, and Papercut and Postcard but you can't just download them seperately on Play...HMV etc, does anyone else know any other (legal) download sites except them and iTunes? (My iPod touch fell out of my pocket outside and I didn't realise until it had rained for two days = dead iPod) I'm back using my Microsoft Zune so iTunes is useless to me!

Use Amazon downloads perhaps?

Just seen the deluxe on itunes for £6.99 :o

They really went with the loss leader approach for this.
