Glee will start dropping almost as of now and definitely won't overtake GaGa, although Kelly probably could as she'll still be climbing.

I would love that to happen, Fire With Fire is absolutely brilliant. I do like Katy but California Gurls is disappointing, but considering how popular she is right now I can't see it happening

Agreed - Come on Katy - Do quite like Scissor Sisters new one too but i agree with most people here, it isn't their best!!

I think 'Fire With Fire' IS their best TBH - it seems a bit more, err, 'mature' than the SS/Ta-Dah! eras. Invisible Light is decent too.

It's my favourite single of theirs since their first album but I still couldn't care less about them really, never a band I've had any interest in. I quite like Mary, Laura, Take Ya Mama and now this, but don't love or even strongly like any of them.

 

Katy for #1 just because it will be nice to see a proper pop song back at #1 again (cue 'it can't be pop because Snoop Dogg's on it' comments :heehee:), not urban as per usual or some dire Simon Cowell masterminded crowd chant

Scissor Sisters sounds very different to anything else they've released, I like it, but not as much as I dont feel like Dancing and their older stuff

 

The thing is (and this may stop Katy) if England win their match on friday- the football songs will get a boost, plus, Shouts physical is out on monday, as its for charity, it will surely get big sales- will it not? :huh:
