It'll be a bit bad if he does beat her, it was him who beat 'In Your Eyes' (one of her best songs in my view :() to #2 at the last minute.

In that respect I hope she keeps him at bay as payback. :P

Wet Wet Wet and Enrique have a lot to answer for it seems :o Weren't Westlife #1 the week of 'In Your Eyes'' release also? :/

Band Aid 20 beat 'I Believe In You' and I think Elvis beat 'Love At First Sight'.

Such trashy songs beating her far superior #2 hits. :(

Yeah they were. It was 'World Of Our Own' which I consider to be their only decent single so I can't be too mad about that, I was certainly more mad when their album sold 1,000 copies more than X and beat her last minute.

Update soon - Kylie still #2 :o
If Kylie had actually sung All the Lovers on GMTV this morning, then I would say that she will be comfortably #2, but she didn't and although it was a great couple of hours with Kylie on the sofa and a good interview, Im not sure sure it will be enough, hopefully it should at least get a new peak whatever happens come Sunday

I hope B.o.B can get #2 at some point after this week. I want that and Kylie to be #2 at least.

How is Enrique only at #4 :o Selling bucketloads on iTunes and bugger all elsewhere?

I somehow hope B.o.B can overtake Kylie by the weekend- looks like Enrique will get a similar peak to the Ping Pong song :kink:

Good to see Plan B in the top 40, Train's song has some staying power :o the weather is nice so that maybe contributed

To be fair, he isn't a big physical seller, he went to #2 on iTunes late on Tuesday (I think) and B.o.B. has now pulled ahead of him there. Considering Kylie is only at #6, she must be doing INSANE on physicals.

Her fanbase never let her down in that respect. Remember the outside the top 40 to #10 vault for In My Arms on physical release week! And you can bet that The One would have gone around 20 places higher had they bothered issuing a physical

They really should have :snif: The One is my fave X single by MILES.

Oh wow, Enrique's slipped behind B.O.B. :o I think that means she's safe.

She? Is there something Enrique or BoB isn't telling us? ;)

Definitely!

I hope either Alan Jones or OZAP quotes a physical sales figure for her, next week.

Even so, perhaps we should each buy another copy of two of it in the next 36 hours... :)

Kylie's had a sales increase since last week, so has sold more than 36,908 already this week. :)
