Perfect Day reminds me of Secret Garden's Nocturne from Eurovision 1995. Most of the time this sort of stuff passes me by but I find these two very affecting.

 

That's exactly what I thought when I listened to it. It might not be to everyone elses taste, but I personally like 'Perfect Day' quite a lot.

I'll most likely PM my votes either on Sunday or at least by Monday evening. Gives me a little more to listen to these songs.

 

Interesting though that with just 4 votes nearly every song has received at least 1 point.

The selection isn't bad upon first listen - although I'm not as raving about it as some are so far.

 

I'm really not at all sure where my maximum points will go, there's a few contenders but I already know a few of them and will more than likely discount those to reflect the familiarity.

I have voted. Some really great songs there, I absolutely love my top 5 (plus my entry :P ). Most acts entered I'd never heard of before which is great as in previous editions of this on ChC, I usually already knew about 6 songs and 10 of the artists, but I only knew a couple of these :D

i think it's to do with if theres a tie.

Well as long as they don't say in here it's fine... After the bit I quoted it says you shouldn't publicly discuss what other people may or may not have entered. If you do you will be deducted points.

yours wont but some others might. bjsc is proper friend-biased with a lot of people. i like the secrecy anyway i try to match in my head who picked what from the style, its like cd swap being secret until they are reviewed.

I prefer it being secret tbh, it eliminates any bias and it makes it more interesting.

Is it only me who finds half of the songs not that good? :drama: I was BJSC-ing too much I guess :(
