iTunes Thread Rules:

 

1) Any Artist bashing will not be tolerated any longer, please keep it in the respectable optional forum or use the PM/MSN facility, otherwise you will receive a warning.

 

1.5) Any flying insults will not be tolerated any longer, please just think before you post.

 

2) ANY POP BARS COMING. They will come when a compiler is available to post, if you are really that desperate for them add them yourself, its not a life or death situation, otherwise be patient.

 

3) Always keep the thread on topic, don't go off on random with an artist that is not featured in the iTunes chart for the week.

 

4) smilies post :w00t: , :cheer: , :yahoo: , :dance: etc etc. These kind of posts are not adding anything value to the thread, even 1 word posts, they seem to be pointless. Please refrain from using them.

It seems too late for Pack up to go Top 10 now, I wonder if there hs been any promotion for it.Plan B seems to have stalled and ANL better stay Top 40.Has anyone been checking the HMV, Play and Amazon charts I wonder if any of the itunes Top 3 have a big lead there.
WOO. I missed B.o.B and Katy Perry overtaking JLS, but that's just excellent! :D I'd rather 'California Gurls' was the official #1 though, but anything other than JLS would be divine right now. ^_^
I agree with Britster's view. Rule 5 should apply to Rule 1 too. ^_^

ATL is falling :( but there is another version in the top 30 so it should be okay :)

and why is Kelly falling if Commander is doing well on itunes? she should be top 5 not falling out of the top 10 in the charts

i wasn't expecting TCIA to drop this much. It's a great tune to be dropping like this so early on.

Happy they have the #1 in the bag this week,though.

JLS have just performed on Vernon Kay's 5 o'clock Show now.

 

I have to admit that their dancing is pretty solid - I just wish they didn't act like wangsters. :(

I can't believe JLS have dropped to #3! I hope Katy/B.o.B manages to pip them to #1 by Sunday. Fingers crossed! ^_^
Eg, the side swipes that were being made at JLS and Katie Price in the last thread.

 

I don't think any of them will be reading it, thus won't be personally affected.

I'd expect Katy to be selling 60-65k this week, and perhaps only finish 3rd with that.

Coming in here and seeing all the flying insults its really putting me off from posting in here, I should imagine guests that are viewing the topic will just end up registering somewhere else, so let's stop with the flying insults please. I don't care who started it, but I hate reading it, everytime I view this topic.

I think the problem is that collectively, if every post is a sideswipe at JLS or Katie Price, which it has been for the last few days (particularly in the last thread), then if you're reading the thread infrequently or you're a new visitor, it can be quite off putting.

I guess that's a fair point. Oh well Katie Price won't bother the top 40 (probably even the top 100) and JLS' TCIA is in decline so everything's fine. :D

I personally think it was more about the language you were using rather than your intentions. Just my opinion.
