Tragic loss, I hope that he will be remembered more for what he brought to the game of snooker than anything else.

He was a star in snooker's golden age, I think the description "George Best of Snooker", is apt for the right and wrong reasons... A great player, but like with so many who are touched by genius, he had the streak of self-destructiveness that ultimately killed him... A real shame......

Hope this acts as a wake up call to Gazza as his death will be the next big sporting death I suspect unless he sorts himself out and fast

Shame Alex Higgins was only a two-time world champion.

Should have won 4
