One of the results of my last nostalgia trip was a track by Aerosmith. :o

 

The Cumbrian floods were a worrying time here, my dad was born in Cumbria and my uncle still lives up there. My late grandmother's house is still owned by the family and so my dad had to travel up to check the house as he is the landlord (it is rented out).

 

In terms of sleep, my dad has sleep problems and frequently wakes us up with yells and shouts. On the odd occasion he has been known to fall out of bed. I am sometimes up early because I find it hard to get back to sleep after these episodes.

They were pretty bad, looked very serious on the news :(

I have three cousins, haven't seen them for some years sadly. One is in New Zealand, one is in Birmingham and the other is in Manchester.

I didnt end up having a nap, i had a bubble bath instead. Alfie and Marley sat on the bathroom floor while i was in lol, Alfie even tried to get in a few times too :lol: and then i blew bubbles at them and they had a great time :D

I am seeing my brother for the first time in about a month. :cheer: :yahoo: His shift patterns change from one week to the next, so it is hard as I never know when he is working, sleeping or even having some leisure time to himself.
