I was up and out at 7 this morning getting the Sunday paper. Then at about 10, I went to watch the truckers blast their horns on the main road.

 

Each year a group of truckers drives from Norwich to Pleasurewood Hills (theme park north of Lowestoft). They each have a disabled child and their carer in their cab to give them a good day out. Been running for over 20 years now.

hey flatcap :wub: sounds like you had a good day. my dad likes trucks, so i bet he would have enjoyed that.

They only have one tin between them and some dry food each day :heehee: and sometimes treats if they're good :P My old cat who my mum now has used to get fed like 10 times a day and the vet has said that he has to go on a diet :( Marley has tried to steal my pick n mix tonight though :heehee:

GET TO THE DOCTORS!! i dont mean to sound like a momma bear :heehee: but i suffered from a bad back a couple of years ago and did nothing about it, it took a long long time for it to stop hurting, i dont know what was up with it, for all i know i made it worse by not getting it seen to and it might come back 10 times worse :(

 

i'm great now that i've finished work for the week :cheer: stuffing my face with pick n mix atm :heehee: how are you apart from the back?
