yes i want to throw alfie's giraffe away, it stinks! i'm thinking about putting it in the washer, but i'm worried it will fall apart, so i think i will have to handwash it :rofl:

i complained to them once. i ordered friends: best of the girls, and friends: best of the boys. but both of the boxsets had best of the boys discs in them :unsure: so they sent me another best of the girls....so now i have two best of the boys, they never asked for me to send it back, and they didnt charge me for it :lol:

i've had a few (not all) preorder's early, it took them ages to send out my funhouse dvd :drama:

complain that you never recieved it, they may send you another one, so you get two for your troubles, they cant prove that you never got it :D
