September 6, 201014 yr Author And obviously #1 it's Angels. The million selling timeless classic that only reached #4 but is by far his biggest seller and signiture tune. The 4 essential performances IMO  1. Angels Sales: 1,050,000 Peak: #4 Knebworth sQxZztI7264 Live 8 hGzTyhSX7e0 Glastonbury 83dJ6cq6lB4 Slane gR-R84RfBQ0 Edited September 6, 201014 yr by De Niro
September 6, 201014 yr Author I've added the singles that didnt make the chart o the first post. Some shockers overall really. The fact that Come Undone only sold 60K and isnt evne top 20 just demonstrates what a joke the UK charts is but then again it was banned from the radio for quite some time and also the TV. Still it is laughable considering it is arguably Rob's finest track. Suprised Morning Sun sold as much as SSS

September 6, 201014 yr Author He remains a strong catalog seller, selling an estimated 4,000 songs per week. Surprisingly Let Me Entertain You is the biggest catalog seller in the past year $h!ting over 60,000, with Angels the second selling 46K. Feel and She's The One both sell between 15-20K a year now. Not bad at all really :D
September 6, 201014 yr I can't believe She's Madonna only sold 30K ... are you sure this is correct? Also ... where do you get information (figures) like this. I'd love to do something similar in the TT thread but apart from knowing RTW is circa 750,000 and BFG, like Angels is over 1 million ... I can't get any other information. Really ... the official site should provide interesting information like this but as I'm sure you know ... the official TT site is rubbish. Kath Edited September 6, 201014 yr by Kathyp

Kath There was a countdown on VH1 last night Kath - it is repeated tomorrow night I 10PM I think. It gave the top 20 along with sales, provided by the OCC. It appears to be a new thing in order to keep sales up to date. I am sure a TT chart will appear on VH1 at some stage, it may have already. This thread on Haven keeps track of a lot of artists sales - has some sales of TT's recent material, although not up to date - only up to June 09. http://fatherandy2.proboards.com/index.cgi...3605&page=4 She's Madonna has sold 29,930 as of June 2009 - so I suppose it may have sold at the most 35K at this stage. Think it and Said It All got to similar chart positions but due to regular airplay still I think SIA continues to sell quite well. Best asking in that thread on Haven though - or wait for a similar VH1 Program to be shown. Edited September 6, 201014 yr by De Niro

SIA has sold a similar amount ot Up All Night ... which when I last looked was around 128K. I know She's Madonna and IWFL (their worst ever song) actually reached a similar chart position (16 or 17), SIA got to number 9 before it disappeared without trace! :) Kath

In that thread it says SIA sold 40K though - but obviously that was only up till last June. IWFL sold 26K, so yeah it and SM both got to either 16 or 17 if I recall. Never hear either on the radio anymore.
September 7, 201014 yr Are you sure YKM sold 250K DeNiro...that song is diabolical although Shame is even worse <_< SSS does even merit talking about  some fantastic songs on that list, even some of the b-sides were fab......nice videos too
September 7, 201014 yr Rob's big comeback single was a massive European smash hit - #1 on the European Hot 100 for ages and #2 Worldwide - an epic tune that I love more now than ever before - it's very addictive and I always find myself singing it even if I havent heard it in ages - such brilliant orchestrial arrangment and I really like the odd lyrics too - my fave performance of the promo - ARIA Awards :D 12. Bodies Sales: 240,000 Peak: #2 ARIA Awards - Australia 2009 4KJCpfXilQQ Agree on this one DeNiro...great record & fab performance, one of his best during RKTVS prmo
September 8, 201014 yr I think YKM did really well sales wise. I remember being exceedingly astounded at the time. Bodies is ace though
October 13, 201014 yr Some of these chart positions have really surprised me...I was convinced Feel was a #1, I'd say that's probably the most recent Robbie single that is really really well-known and remembered by most of the general public. Am shocked it was only #4. Angels only getting to #4 is even more ridiculous, but late 1997 was one of the highest charting eras in the history of pop music. There were about five number 1s almost in a row that were million-sellers...and at the same time you had '5678' by Steps, which missed the top 10 but sold hundreds of thousands!
