nope i never do either really, i just sometimes feel like screaming at the top of my voice......most of the time i just think f*** it but after a while i need to vent the anger out.

the supermarket where i work is opening a new store closer to where i live, so i'll move to that one when its built :D

rate results are easy, add up the totals and then divide the number by how many people have done a rate. i do mine on a spreadsheet because i'm clever :heehee::P
