October 29, 201014 yr I can hardly remember any of these  Surprised how high jedward are, Shayne Ward for #1 :kink:
October 29, 201014 yr well, those previous two kinda had a similar problem- didnt connect with the public, cant really remember them well tbh
October 29, 201014 yr I quite liked Alisha, though she was a S4 contestant so a turd would have seemed likeable and talented compared to most of them. Her problem really was the fact that she barely recieved any airtime in the run-up to the lead shows, so frankly she did fairly well to get to Week 5 in all honesty.

During the show there was controversy over the way in which producers edited footage to make him appear, what Roberts calls, a "pantomime villain". He also received highly critical comments from judge, Sharon Osbourne. Although he was the bookmaker's clear favourite to win, Roberts finished second in the competition losing out to Leon Jackson. After the show he signed with Simon Cowell's record label, however he soon parted with the company earlier this year. He has released two bestselling albums, completed a UK tour and will soon embark on a Europe and UK arena tour of The War Of The Worlds: Alive On Stage.

Hope 94 points http://i54.tinypic.com/9uqfzp.jpg Mentor: Simon Cowell Voted By: Alex!, AaronTM, fxckingfamous, Krissykins, 152chris, Troylovesmusic, Jack, Nickthenoodle, GoodDelta Hope consisted of five girls (originally six) - Phoebe, Raquelle, Emily, Leah and Charlie. They had all auditioned for X Factor Series 4 as soloists, but after they did not make it past bootcamp, Louis Walsh suggested that they auditioned together as a group. At the time the group also consisted of Sisi, however after reaching the final 12 and finding out the group had made it to the live shows it was emerged that she had an outstanding criminal conviction. As this went against the rules of the competition, she was asked to leave by the shows producers. On 3 different occasions the girls were saved after appearing in the Bottom 2 by both the judges and the public. However, were eventually eliminated in Week 7 finishing in 5th place. At some point between October and November 2008, Leah Lauder was removed from the Hope website and all traces of her existence in the band were deleted. There was no official announcement from the group about her disappearance; however, it has been rumoured that she left to become a solo artist, and she wished the band luck and is still in contact with some of them. It was revealed on MTV UK Television's The Celebrity Agency that Hope went through a temporary split. This suggests that the band probably reformed without Leah Lauder, explaining her sudden disappearance from their website. As of 28 April 2009 the band's official website was taken down and it is presumed that Hope is on hiatus. Phoebe susbequently joined the group Girls Can't Catch, signed to Fascination Records, the same label as Girls Aloud and The Saturdays. However, the group disbanded after its two singles, "Keep Your Head Up" and "Echo" failed to meet expectations. Raquelle now hosts the news/gossip web-series, Daily Dips on Dipdive.
November 5, 201014 yr Oh Come on! I know he wasnt at all likeable, but Rhydian was an excellent vocalist and he really doesnt deserve to be rated below Hope- who were a total car crash Edited November 5, 201014 yr by chart wizard
November 6, 201014 yr Oh Come on! I know he wasnt at all likeable, but Rhydian was an excellent vocalist and he really doesnt deserve to be rated below Hope- who were a total car crash Oh THIS Hope were totally underwhelming and not much better than Belle Amie, Girlband et all. Trust BJ to rate them above Rhydian, who really was fantastic, even if his style of music wasn't my cup of tea.
November 6, 201014 yr Rhydian and Alisha saved Series 4 from being a total trainwreck. As for Hope... well, there was a reason they had the nickname Hope(less)!
November 6, 201014 yr I loved Hope <3 though I do remember being annoyed by I think 'Leah' as she was like 6ft taller than the rest of them.
November 10, 201014 yr Can you just tell us who won? as this is the longest results page in the world. It takes forever
November 10, 201014 yr 'Ghost' clearly isnt a BJ regular. Compared to the majority of countdown on the site these days we should be complaining about how Sabrina's going way too fast and we cant keep up! Hope were indeed not very good, though I did rather like them at the time. Their version of Back To Black was quite good if I remember correctly. Rhydian should of course be higher than them but he's hardly BJ bumming material so no suprise there really.

I visit the site every day to keep up with chart news. I may not post a great deal but I do read a lot so I consider myself to be a regular. :cheer: Sabrina had said a few weeks ago that she would try to get it finished that weekend. I understand she's probably busy, but it has taken a long time. Also, I am not the only one wishing for it to be finished.

Tbh, this did start in September, and it's now November. One would assume that it would be complete by now. -_-
