Just a few!.

I forgot to add before the glee Madonna episode Papa Don't Preach was sung by Quinn & was shown on an episode.

With Britney Spears' appearance on glee shown this week in the states and early next year here. Me Against The Music might make people download the song as she re creates the video.

It would be great even if a handful of people downloaded it. Me Against The Music isn't Madonna's or Britney's best single.

Well done on the hard work. It's a testament to Madonna's staying power that she's been such hit-making machine over the years.

In regards to her not pulling out a million seller, I think her release schedule played a part in this . Like A virgin should have been released a couple of months earlier and would have sold over a million. If into the Groove hadn't been competing with Crazy for you and Holiday it would have

most likely would have a 7 figure sales total.

And remember she was also selling very high numbers of albums as well which had an impact on sales.

As for Vogue and Like A Prayer they suffered by the time period they where released, sales at the time where very low across the board.

  • Author
Thanks, your comments are right on the ball. Hopefully, with the sales of downloads she should pass the 1m mark.

I'm just wondering if it's worth doing threads like this for New Zealand, Switzerland, Australia, Austria, France, Sweden, Ireland and a few others I do have the full singles & album chart runs for would any one be interested in seeing them?.
