We are finally into the Top 40 of the most successful singles EVER, based on their chart run. Who will be number 1 ? Where will you favourites end up? And where are popular acts such as -

Black eyed peas

Celine Dion

Coldplay

Duffy

Kings of leon

Lady Gaga

Mika

Rihanna

Shakira

Timbaland

Plus many many more ................

I didn't realise how fast Bryan plummetted after those 4 months at #1 :o

Anyway, Je T'aime is a little bit of a difficult one... there were 2 versions charting simultaneously for a couple of weeks. Personally I'd count both chart runs as different songs to be honest

I didnt. I only included the version that got to number 1 with Jane Birkin And Serge Gainsbourg

You've included the chart runs of both versions - the first one got to #2 and then plummetted and then the second one got to #1. You've glued the second chart run onto the end of the first one. 16-33 and 3-1 happened simultaneously because for those 2 weeks it was in the chart twice.

Well both versions were still being bought by the public and were both still in the chart so im leaving it as it is.
