Properly great episode tonight! Some of the Dot stuff last week was ace but this was the most exciting in a good while. Yusef played a blinder and I actually sympathised with Masood for the first time in ages. The twist at the end was bloody brilliant.

Good, intense episode. Masood has slightly redeemed himself for being $h!t recently, whilst Yusef has crossed the boundary into proper baddie territory for the first time. Satisfying.

 

There's something I really like about Fatboy's dad. He plays a slimy sleazebag so well - he's almost charismatic about being pathetic.

The confrontation between Masoon and Yusef was incredibly disappointing but the twist at the end did win me over though. I am loving the focus to be solely on the masood's right now.

It was officially confirmed on Digital spy that Cora returns at the end of summer and is sticking around. They seem to have a lot in store for Tanya within the next couple of months.

I think he's the same, just has a haircut now which makes him look a bit PLUMP.

 

I like Michael but I'm not really getting this dad storyline and I don't like David Essex so far. Of course I didn't like Michael to start with either so that could change.

No. Ricky's back in a few weeks but I think for his proper exit storyline he'll probably go back to Dubai to work on a more long-term basis.

 

I like Eddie! I didn't so much yesterday but he grew on me tonight. His acting seemed more natural. I'm really hoping this storyline will be the making of Michael too. Is it awful that I find him pretty sexy?!

I did think that it was a bit of a random departure - a 3 week gig in Dubai. Nothing annoys me more about soaps than rushed or lame exit storylines when they usually have so much time to come up with something decent...

 

I find Michael pretty sexy too - in a sleazy, cocky kinda way. I think it's his cheeky smile and the twinkle in his eye.

 

That spoiler surprises me! They've really underused the Lydia character imo. She seemed to have so much potential when she was played by the previous actress.

Ryan on the otherhand.. wow!

I find Ryan very bland looking... obviously not unattractive but he doesn't excite me in the slightest.
