Love Story's perfectly inoffensive, and NOT pleased about the booting of In For The Kill. One of last year's absolute highlights, went for Evacuate the Dancefloor just to give La Roux a hope really.

What's wrong with Love Story? It's charming, very cute... which is more than can be said about Cascad-eugh which, as Silver Rocket so rightly said, is complete ear rape :puke: So yes, I'll take Evacuate the Dancefloor please.

 

That said, if I had known that Taylor was La Roux's biggest competition, I would definitely have voted for her :( Oh well.

 

P.S. Giving how the more love/hate songs (a lot of which are very good IMO) are picking up hatred this will surely be won by something very random. :lol:

I loved Single Ladies! So, so catchy, especially the chorus! As someone else said, the beat/instrumental is awesome.

I'm surprised she doesn't like Lady Gaga though, I mean, they're do almost exactly the same genre (electropop, and a bit of synthpop).

 

I agree with her a bit about Lady Gaga though, and also Taylor Swift, not so much that she's manufactured, but her songs are boring. Love Story is tolerable, but some of her others I couldn't listen to. I've not heard her new songs though.
