Still no luck, after 4 hours! Haven't even been able to get on one of the websites - all have crashed!

Believe me ... they'll keep releasing tickets in dribs and drabs right up until the dates of the concerts. Even the dates and venues that at present say 'sold out'. I got me and the kid two for 26th June (Circus) about three weeks before the concert ... and they were better (marginally) than the seats my nephew-in-law bought at 9.15 on the first day of sales. I got tickets for the penultimate night of the BW tour less than a week before!

Don't panic ... you'll get tickets ... you just have to keep checking the main sites ... and there is NO NEED to give in to eBay bandits either.

I'm quite calm ... I'm glad I decided not to try ... its heartbreaking seeing some of the postings (on other sites) of people who've been on the phone/net for up to 10 hours without success ... its not worth it. Just wait.

I agree. I've had a terrible day. And I wasn't even trying to get tix for myself. <_<
Got tickets for Croke Park. I was lucky and got them straight away before the whole thing crashed :)
Cheers for the advice Kath, I'll just hold fire for a few months. I've been on and off all day but never getting anywhere, I've given up trying for the moment.
wooohoooo i got tickets :cheer:

What night you going?

I got tickets for Friday in Manchester - at about 10 past 9 no problems - I must be the only one!

An extra irish date has been added at croke park, if that sells out aswell that will be 2 nights playing to over 80,000 people, I hope the dvd is of the irish nights this time.

Totally agree with you here. I went to see Pink last year in Manchester, I got the tickets a week before the gig, and was right next to the stage, had a great view, paid face value on ticketmaster. They usually release tickets nearer the time.

I'm going on 7th june....kinda wish it wasnt in the middle of the week, but at least i got the tickets  think we've got GA tix, bro-in-law got them so i didnt even have to stress out about them :D :heehee:

Managed to get two tickets for Wembley at about 11.45 this morning, we were about to give up as we couldn't even get onto the ticket sites but we went onto Irish Ticketmaster as a last resort & it went straight through. If it wasn't for my sister I wouldn't be going though, I really didn't want to pay so much to see them

I've just posted (in reply to Jupiter) that a friend of my sister ended up getting tickets for Manchester via the Irish Ticketmaster ... and I've got until Sunday to decide if I want one. For the moment I'm going to pass ... as (for one) I'm certain the seats are up in the heavens and (for two) my principles are making me steer clear.

I may change my mind as the months go by though!

I'm disgusted that the lowest the touts are charging is around £110 - it's ridiculous that literally tens of thousands of these are straight up on re-sale sites while actual fans trying all day and night don't get a look in. I tried every Manchester date and every London date all day long on about 5 different sites and nothing!

I hope some more do pop up nearer the time as I'd been looking forward to it but absolutely refuse to pay north of £80.

Seriously there is no reason to give in to the Pirates! I've found this (to previous expense) to be a lesson! The legitimate sites keep releasing in dribs and drabs. You may not see tickets this week, or even next month! But believe me ... tickets will be popping up (keep checking seetickets and ticketmaster - and you do have to literally check a couple of times each day) between now and the start of the tour!

Honest! I've been there!

I have to admit ... from viewing various sites ... it is really heartening to read posts of people who are thrilled (relieved) to have finally got tickets. Although I'm not bothered whether or not I go this time myself (I've already seen them at their best) ... I am really excited for those going. If The Progress Tour is even half as good as the BW and TC Tours - then they are in for the absolute night of their lives! Enjoy!

(but remember ... if you haven't got your tickets ... keep looking ... they WILL pop up!)

Ya some people were $h!tting themselves about getting tockets so its lovely to see so many people on buzzjack alone who wanted them got them.
anyone use the website seatwave?

I've never used them ... but if you look on the official TT site ... they are listed as one of the 'reputable' re-sell sites. In short ... of the tout sites ... they're seen as one of the more kosher ones. They still rip you off ... but I'm led to believe that they do have tickets.

To quote Gary: if they can pull off what they are hoping to pull off, it could change stadium gigs for ever.

The original line-up performing together might be a one-off. I think, it's a historical moment for every fan of pop-music in general regardless whether they are TT\Robbie fans. If you have the opportunity to go, don't miss your chance, you might regret it later!

I've gone a total 180 degree turn on Gary Barlow ... I really cannot stomach the guy anymore. I think of the five he still has the best voice, and he's a more than competent song-writer and musician ... but as a person ... I really do not like him. Its one of the reasons that I'm still in a quandarry as to whether to go to the shows. I always knew he was a bit arrogant (in fact ... I found it quite attractive) but he's just so bloody smug. I'd had thought that his years in the musical wilderness had honestly changed him ... but it appears he was just keeping his smugness under wraps.

Still ... the show is bound to be great - Kim Gavin is just the dog's b*llocks when it comes to arranging big, luxurious, gob-smacking musical spectacles - so it just cannot go wrong.

Im dying to see what they come up with for the tour and see the theme aswell, the circuc was fantastic and i always thought it would be hard to beat but im confident that some how they will out do it.
