Interesting that 'Slip' has been made 69c in Ireland when it's full-priced in the UK. Hopefully a second top 40 hit for them when all is said and done (curently #49).

Surprised Ryan Dolan has not made more of an impression, even his Late Late Show performance didnt see him return to the top 100. I see he is currently number 99 on the update so the Eurovision Semi Final may give him a strong boost tonight as thus date he has had a low peak with very little weeks in the top 100. To my knowledge the Irish Eurovision entries usually perform strongly in Ireland.

He's currently #28 on iTunes, no doubt riding on the qualification boost. It is curious that he looks set to break the top 10 streak the Irish entries have had since Dustin but I imagine post-Eurovision and the presumably inevitable physical release will send him right up there. Not that I'd complain if it continued to bomb, horrid song.

Ryan Dolan climbs to #21 on itunes now and will no doubt get a huge boost from qualifying to the final and get a decent peak. Its one of my least fave Irish entries in a while but i am happy Ireland is in the final at the same time. I dont know what it is about the song it just doesn't do it for me now, maybe its a sign we will do well as usually the Irish entries i like dont do well. It still baffles me Sinead Mulvey didnt qualify a few years back as i thought it was a great song that was performed brilliantly.

Ryan #11 now and Denmark up to #48.

Interesting to see Emmelie De Forest not having quite as big an impact on the charts as Loreen, Lena and Alexander Ryback all had. Kinda suggests it's one of the weaker winners among recent times.

Yeah it's 0.69 on iTunes, all of the discounted songs seem to be having great effects on iTunes these days.

You can check the price of songs that are top 100 on iTunes here. I find it comes quite in handy but nobody here seems to know it exists - weird! :)
