July 19, 200618 yr He be mainly facing these two artists for the top spot, got a funny feeling Scissor Sisters will beat him, unless he changes his release date, the Scissor Sisters single is actually quite good. Yeah i have a feeling he will never have another #1 single and i am happy about that cause the majority of the stuff that gets to #1 these days is awful imo :( Saying that, if the Rude Box re-mix is released it will be #1 for weeks :lol: :lol:

July 20, 200618 yr Robbie Williams announces new single Plus there's an album on the way Robbie Williams will release brand new single 'Rudebox' On September 4. It is the first single to be taken from his as-yet-untitled new album, the follow up to 2005's 'Intensive Care'. In a statement Robbie explained the meaning of the title: "'Rudebox' is loads of different things, sometimes it could be a vibe delivered in a spaceship direct to the studio, sometimes it's a really nasty girl dancing scantily clad, or sometimes it's a giant soundsystem...Sometimes it's actually just a box that tell you to **** off too." The forthcoming album, which will be his seventh studio LP, is set to feature collaborations with Madonna producer William Orbit and The Pet Shop Boys who previously collaborated with Williams on his 1998 single 'No Regrets'. The Rock DJ says he “found himself†on a new dance album. I told you back in April that Rob would work with the PET SHOP BOYS, WILLIAM ORBIT and MARK RONSON on a new album. The first single, Rudebox, is like nothing you have heard from Robbie before. He calls the collection “a nasty, dirty, bass-infused electro-funk-pop monster.†Rudebox is out September 4.
