From the track listing it looks good, :D but does it have good mixing, or do any of the songs go on too long? (or too short?)

 

I'm waiting for Christmas to get it, so I don't have it yet.

 

What disc is the best? Disc 1 is all of the hits from this year, Disc 2 is more house/trance and Disc 3 is dubstep.

It makes you wonder how much cash they want for their tracks to be put on other comapnies' comps. The whole things is a little daft if you ask me...

But on to the annual, I think 2010 has been a great year for dance overall, certainly restored some confidence in the old dog after 08 and 09 being terrible.

PJ and Velvet's version of Stereo Love isn't that bad. You can actually hear the girl's voice in this song. The fake WNSA is awful I hate his voice in it. Why can MOS use Afronuts by YBC but not WNSA???

And the fake versions are by the same artist. And on Clubland 18 they have a fake version of Forget You and I Need Aire.

Anyway what is the best disc on The Annual 2011 and how long do the songs last? (on the CD version)

 

It'd be nice to have club versions of big songs like One, Seek Bromance, Take Over Control & I'm in Love instead of the really short UK radio edits.

 

The good thing about these annuals is you get to discover new non-commercial dance tracks. Last annual there was some really good anti UK top 40 songs like Paul van Dyk - Home (Wippenberg remix), Fake Blood - Fix Your Accent, Sebastian Ingrosso - Kidsos, Mark Knight & Funkagenda - Good Times, Sub Focus - Rock It, DJ Fresh - Gold Dust (Instrumental, before it was famous), Don Diablo & Example - Hooligans (Spor remix)
