Kylie Minogue has revealed that she plans to release a remixed greatest hits album.

The singer performed an acoustic set of her well-known hits for BBC Radio 2 earlier today, including 'Can't Get You Out Of My Head', 'All The Lovers' and 'In My Arms', where she confirmed she hoped to release an LP of reworked classics.

Speaking at Maida Vale studios, she said: "Thanks in no small part to the BBC, I've always loved working with an orchestra and doing acoustic sets, so we're looking to put together an album of the various songs in this kind of manner."

Minogue has sung at the infamous venue with an orchestra a number of times, most recently performing a cover of Hurts' 'Wonderful Life' for Radio 1's Live Lounge.

The 'Slow' star also revealed that her acoustic performance of 'Can't Get You Out Of My Head' will feature as the B-side to her new single, 'Better Than Today'.

So will it be like an album with about 12ish songs on acoustic style? That album would be to die for. Love her acoustic numbers. It'd also help with her credibility.

It will give her some credibility and it will also put a new spin on songs, i can see the track listing been heavily 2000 onwards and possibly i should be so lucky, loco motion and put yourself in my place.
I would kill for a Finer Feelings, Turn It Into Love and Better The Devil You Know acoustic version.

Better the devil you know will probably make it. I think rather than releasing the album on its it would have been the ideal cd to add to aphrodite as a deluxe release and then fans would really be getting value for money.
no no no. It should be a double CD of nothing but acoustic songs :P
