According to a source on zetaminor.com the filming of Primaeval has now been completed, and to celebrate the cast and crew had a party at the Century Club in London on the 6 July.

 

It has apparently been decided to name the series Primaeval, despite the fact than an unrelated film with the same name is currently being made in America. Despite the early press coverage dubbing this as ITVs answer to the BBCs Doctor Who, it is now confirmed that this is in fact inaccurate and not true. People should actually expect something along the lines of Jurassic Park.

 

The series is expected to be shown on ITV during a peak time slot sometime in early 2007. There are some hopes that their will be a second series. Although this will obviously not be confirmed until the first series has been shown.
