I LOVE the video! IMO defo one of her best! Favourite part was when she shoots out all the paint and the fight scene aswell :wub:

How is Avril doing better than her in the UK? Hold It Against Me #6, What The Hell is climbing sure but it hasn't made it past #27 yet has it? I think somebody's a little deluded themselves...

"Oh please". Whether you have a point or not (that's for another thread) the facts are Avril hasn't made it Top 25, Britney made it Top 10. You are a BIZARRE person if you think that makes Avril more successful.

Well your theory is inconsistent. Britney's already gone top 10 here, Avril failing to do so.

 

Alongside this, Britney's video was released two days ago and she's at #33 on iTunes wheres Avril's video was released little under a month ago, and she's sitting at #25. Plus she attempted to do some promotion.

 

I don't think Avril is anymore "relevent" than Britney is.

 

I quite like the video, especially the break down - I wish they just show the choreography at the end though, insted of flicking about.

Up to #31 on UK Itunes, not quite the rise I was hoping for but its an ok start. HIAM definately hasn't flopped over here but I would say its underperformed at least.

I expect faster climb when the weekend ends.

I'm just glad it's climbing; seeing it out of the top 50 was quite unbearable and it made me think this single wouldn't even reach silver certification in the UK.

I want so bad to be proven wrong and see this return to the top 10.

Well how does the UK usually work with music videos? Is the sales effect instant or more gradual and slow climb?

It's rare we get a music video AFTER a songs release as we usually get songs much later than most countries. It IS climbing though and has re-entered the top 30 so I'm praying and hoping! :)

Yes but 'Telephone' was available to download months prior to its official release due to it being available for download on 'The Fame Monster'. :)
