Posted December 11, 201014 yr http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/showb...ssing-room.html "TAKE That will return to the X Factor stage tomorrow night as they perform their latest single SOS on the live results show, before this year's winner is announced. " I would have liked a little tinny better Kidz as a second single but SOS is also catchy as hell
December 11, 201014 yr I would've preferred Kidz too but SOS is a good song and yay for another XF performance! Next weeks album sales could be amazing.
December 11, 201014 yr i would have preferred Kidz as the second single and then Happy Now as the third and perhaps Eight Letters and a new song as a double a side i would have liked SOS to be released in Europe just before the tour out there how high do you reckon it will chart? December 11, 201014 yr sos is a good choice and id be happy with that, i would also tend to think its true as the usualt path for 2nd singles is mark has big involvement so thats the case here again and im happy with that. Take That like many other established acts seem to only manage big lead singles and the subsequent singles dont do aswell, with the album selling so big i cant see the 2nd single no matter what it is doing huge business but given the right release date it could make top 10, at worst top 15 and should sell at least 100,000 and in turn sell the album.
December 16, 201014 yr Seems like it is SOS after all as they performed it at Royal Variety. Their performance was EPIC!!!! Edited December 16, 201014 yr by Swagger91
December 19, 201014 yr I thought "Kidz" was the 2nd single according to the release schedule on here?
December 19, 201014 yr I thought "Kidz" was the 2nd single according to the release schedule on here? I'm pretty certain it was going to be Kidz but I think they may have decided to change it to SOS. I'm glad actually ... personally, although Kidz is a great song too it would just seem a bit hypocritical to release it. They backed out of doing it on X-Factor due to feelings that it could be too 'sensitive' given the trouble that took place during the student protests. Well ... the protests are not going to stop ... so if they do release Kidz ... they may have to do it with little or no promotion. Besides ... Mark and Rob do a fab job on SOS ... and it has had a generally large show of appreciation since the RVP performance. I'd love Flowerbed to be a single though (or at least do a version of it as a 'b' side). Kath Edited December 19, 201014 yr by Kathyp
