Sade - Soldier of Love

 

Only came across this band recently, I have got to say there newest album is really good, I was quite surprised at liking it because it is so different to the usual artists I listen to (Rihanna, Lady GaGa etc etc) and I'm really pleased I bought it! :)

 

AND I can't believe that the album got snubbed by the grammys - one of the best of the year and the reviews have been pretty good, even though they do have two nominations but not for the album......... Can't believe Soldier of Love hasn't got a nomination and albums like Katy Perry's Teenage Dream get about 3, not fair! :@ :@ :@

It actually is a band, many people have a misconception that it is just a woman because she sings the songs but technically it's a band haha yeah it's pronounced like "shah - day" :D

yeah that's probably my favourite on the album, soldier of love, it's quite different to all of the other songs on the album

I listen to Sade, my favorite song from Soldier of Love is The Moon and the Sky.

I pronounce the name wrong too :lol: When I asked my mum if she's heard of Sayed, she looked confused :P I only discovered them recently too, hadn't heard of them before as I'm only 13! Soldier Of Love is very good though, a bit like Jazmine Sullivan, Chrisette Michele and Ledisi (who I love)!

I think the majority of people do haha :D yeah I only discovered them a few weeks before Soldier Of Love came out but I only bought it yesterday - however it was £16 :o ! yeah I like Jazmine Sullivan as well, I have her début and her second CD - but my brother is giving me that for Christmas so I have to wait :/
