December 27, 201014 yr Author Thanks Hits for this, no major shocks in the top 10 though. They are have been massive European hits, just a shame Shakira and Stromae were never able to be that big here. Could you post the final list of #1s for 2010 please? It's all down to points collected and this is depending on how successful tracks are in the majority of countries. For eg; 'Alors On Danse' and 'Waka Waka (This Time For Africa)' collected 0 points from the UK. Had both been #1 singles, those extra points from the UK would've made a difference, especially for Stromae as he could've been pushing for 5th place (there was a fairly big points gap between 'Bad Romance' and 'TiK ToK'). HITSTASTIC EUROPEAN NUMBER ONES - 2010 --- Date Artist Record Wks 90 12-Dec-09 to 26-Feb-10 LADY GAGA Bad Romance 11 (8 wks @ no. 1 in 2010) 91 27-Feb-10 to 26-Mar-10 KE$HA TiK ToK 4 92 27-Mar-10 to 02-Apr-10 RIHANNA Rude Boy 1 93 03-Apr-10 to 14-May-10 LADY GAGA featuring BEYONCE Telephone 6 94 15-May-10 to 02-Jul-10 STROMAE Alors On Danse 7 95 03-Jul-10 to 09-Jul-10 SHAKIRA featuring FRESHLYGROUND Waka Waka (This Time For Africa) 1 96 10-Jul-10 to 23-Jul-10 KATY PERRY featuring SNOOP DOGG California Gurls 2 97 24-Jul-10 to 13-Aug-10 LADY GAGA Alejandro 3 98 14-Aug-10 to 03-Sep-10 YOLANDA BE COOL featuring DCUP We No Speak Americano 3 99 04-Sep-10 to 05-Nov-10 EMINEM featuring RIHANNA Love The Way You Lie 9 100 06-Nov-10 to 24-Dec-10 RIHANNA Only Girl (In The World) 7 101 25-Dec-10 to ??-???-?? BLACK EYED PEAS The Time (Dirty Bit) 1 As for Black Eyed Peas 'The Time (Dirty Bit), the track fell short of the Best of 2010 chart ending the year at #33 after 5 weeks on the chart. Another week and it would've definitely collected enough points this week to make the top 30 of 2010.
