Umm, how about taken it for what it was supposed to be - a completely throwaway statement? The point is that Blondie are never going to be able to come back like they did in 1999 - it was a one-time thing (hence why they completely flopped after...)

I wouldn't mind him being a "know-it-all" so much if his corrections were actually helpful and of use to me. But no, they're just full of obsessive pedantries that matter to absolutely nobody except him, and completely lacking in awareness of any hyperbole or exaggerative speech that might be present. His second reply to me pretty much showed that again, he was just being a smart-alec rather than trying to be actually useful :(

Well Diana Vickers is bringing out a second album this year...but to be honest, i really don't know how it will go lol

I mean she needs to bring out 1 or 2 more successful singles which are given plenty of airplay and radioplay (i think theyre the same thing?)... i dont think it wil be a huge success, but im hoping for a moderate success and not a flop :L

 

That's the thing, once radio abandon you it's nigh on impossible to get them back on side. They completely shunned 'My Wicked Heart' and without the X-Factor performance would've scraped the top 30 at best, so I don't know how her team are gonna make sure they get behind her for the next album's singles now.

I hope Paloma faith comes back and does a very successful album. She deserved even bigger success with her Do you want the truth or something beautiful album. She is working on album 2 but whether it is released this year is a different thing. I mean you can work on a album for years.
