I think shameless will go to season 10 and probably finish then, if it was my choice i would want it to go on and on, while its not as good as the first 3 series were, i still enjoy the show and it remains one of my faveourite shows that i always look forward to,i still buy the boxsets aswell.

I like Shameless, would be a shame if C4 cut it as I look forward to watching it. However, I don't like when they go into the fantasy scenes and make the 'comedic' scenes so incredibly try hard. I prefer it when it's a lot more subtle. This series however has been an improvement from the last.

I am quite disappointed with Season 8, I don't like one of the new characters and have no idea why Maxine randomly disappeared.

Great seeing well known faces like marty and kev back, i would have loved a veronica return with kev though. This series (8) since it returned a few backs back is very hit and miss for me the early episodes were much better, mickey is the only one really providing the comedy side of things at the moment and i miss the more comis side of the show.

That episode their was fantastic, I just wish they would get rid of that black couple and that annoying chav kid. It annoys me how characters randomly disappear ala Maxine & Carl's love interest earlier on in season 8. I hope Libby returns soon, this season has been very hit and miss. I am looking forward to the return of Billy next week!

Id love a Veronica and Carol return but carol has apparantly died off screen, id also love to see sheila back with frank and norma was great aswell.

Carol has died off screen, surely Shameless could have brought her back for a couple of episodes to see her have a heart attack or something. Out of everyone to bring back they bring back Marty :( I want Sheila back, I love her and Frank... I really don't like Monica and hope we never see her again.

I did like Monica but sheila and frank together were brilliant and i agree it would have been great to have carol back even for an episode just to kill her off, ya i dont fully see why marty is back as he was the type of charactor that needs the family around to stand out and he doesnt have that.

The last episode of the series is tonight, shame its over as i haveto say the last 5-6 episodes have been great, i have to say the last few series of shameless have started of shaky but all the series last 5-6 episodes have been great. Mimi, Mickey and Kelly especially have made the last 5-6 episodes of this series great.

Saw an advert for a new series starting Monday!
