Do you think it's a dig at Britney, generally pop music or something else?

Apparently it's about Kesha failing at trying to be Britney...

Either way the song sucks.

Ke$ha is nothing like Britney though LOL.

I agree that the song sucks, and I quite like M.I.A. too.

I've read/heard that it could be about GaGa...so who knows really?! Ha.

Love it whatever the hell it's about.

I love the production! And I love the chorus... but her voice just irritates me in some parts. And it never usually does!

Is the song actually called 'Marsha/Britney' or just 'Marsha'? :unsure:

Marsha = Kesha ?

Horrible song...

I haven't listened, but others believe she's just making a comment about how people just want Britney's fame.

This is what I got from it to be honest. It's not a shot at Britney, but at people who want to "be" Britney, not realising what that actually means. They want the fame, not realising the slog she put in.

I really enjoyed the mixtape, to be honest. I thought it was better than MAYA.

After listening to it a couple times I agree.

After listening to it several times I think it's about people are so quick to want to be the next big thing (the next Britney) they don't care what they have to do to get there. Even if that means portraying themselves like a $l*t, etc.

It's not really a diss to Britney imo... more like she's calling out other pop artists who are so desperate to try and reach her level. Hence the title Marsha(insert random popstar trying to make it big/ Britney (icon)

I didn't like it at first, but it's kinda growing on me.
