Rumor has it Jonas Åkerlund the mastermind behind Madonna's "Ray of Light" "Music" "American Life" and Christina Aguilera "Beautiful" is directing the music video for Britney Spears' first single "Hold It Against Me". The mind-f*** filmmaker who is known for using explicit scenes such as sexual content, drug use, and torture in his short-films/music videos announced on his website to be working with someone new for her fist single on January 19, the announcement was then removed for unknown reasons, which is making Spears' fans and music insiders believe his behind the diva's new music video. Åkerlund proclaims himself as a very liberal and open minded filmmaker, he has also directed videos for Moby, Ozzy Osbourne, MIKA, P!nk, Rolling Stones, Lady GaGa and U2.

It has been confirmed that Brian Friedman is doing the choreography, and Britney has reportedly been working on the choreography for the last month.
