Just seen Jennifer's back with her 2nd album I Remember Me and new single 'Where You At' written by R Kelly

 

The albums due March on site says everywhere but on pre-order no UK option that I can see

 

'Where You At' hits radio in US and other countires I'd assume on Jan 24th, there's a clip on her site it sounds quite good, I liked her first album 'Spotlight' was really good and 'If This Is'nt Love' I hope this gets a UK release

Oh yes, wasn't expecting this! need to go and hear the clip :D Can't wait!

I liked her first album. Shame the awful tragedy she went through as that Era ended too quicky and i felt its sales and singles deserved more success.

 

Heard the first single and it sounds promising.

really loved debut album so I'm looking forward to this have liked Jennifer since AI and Dreamgirls and 'Where You At' is a nice song growing on me

I can't see the album doing well. The new single hasn't lit the charts up and there is no Buzz at all. I think she may be like Fantasia. Album will go as far as going Gold, Singles won't do well but will recieve several grammy nominations.

That was what made Jennifer likeable. She was a curvy black women who didn't care about how she looked so i have since lost a tiny bit of respect for her since she lost all this weight. She didn't fit into all the "oh i need to be this size to be sexy". Now she has joined that.

 

Not really feeling the album as i am listening to the leak now. She still got a good voice on her though. I hope she makes a return to Films. I remember reading she was set to play Nelson Mandela's wife in a biopic.

The album is weak. Her label shouldda pushed the dance record.

Exactly! and I love Angel,I remember me and Where You At...the rest isn't very memorable.

I Remember Me (song) is brilliant! :wub: Where You At growing and growing too! :heart: But I agree as a whole the album is a bit weak and dull :( The dance record may have been the start of huge things for her, now we'll never know :(

Album just arrived quite suprised cos only posted Thursday - got deluxe edition got spotlight on and love is your color which i love plus the star spangled banner, where you at (dave aude remix) and what you think. Plus dvd .. I do love Jennifer
