There really is no point in wasting in making SLY a single, they can just move onto Set Fire To The Rain then either Rumour Has It or Turning Tables.

What is there to say? It's not like she has some sort of legacy yet.

Looking at this list without a doubt she deserves her own forum, especially as there is so much love for her on here and her huge success in the UK and Worldwide. ^_^

I'm not even sure she drives, TBH.

Any way of determining her current worldwide sales for '21'?

US Sales predictions are in and WOW :o

ADELE ROLLING: Score one for Steve Barnett’s Team Columbia, as Adele’s 21, which hits U.S. retail today, has pre-orders totaling nearly 60k over multiple accounts. Add in strong out-of-the-gate sales with huge digital numbers and early indications suggest it will sell around 225-250k, a lock for #1 next week. This is in addition to the Brit Awards-fueled sales explosion in the U.K., which has landed the pop diva with two in the Top 5 on the albums and singles chart, the first since the Beatles to do so. (2/22p)

WOW! She is truly huge - give it a few years and she'll be a MEGASTAR!
I'd say she's already there, biggest star on the planet I'd go as far as saying, she's literally HUGE.
That's crazy!! Fantastic news! Thrilled for her!

Amazon US Bestsellers In Music:

1. Adele - 21

2. Mumford & Sons - Sigh No More

3. Adele - 19

I'd say she's already there, biggest star on the planet I'd go as far as saying, she's literally HUGE.

You know, maybe she is actually! 21 went double platinum in the Netherlands first week, outselling the entire top 100, she's the only living artist to have two top 5 singles and albums at the same time in the UK charts, she's been number 1 in god knows how many countries with 21 and (this is personal) she's put out the bet album I've heard since The Fame.

Well, good sales and good albums happen, let's not get too carried away. She may be have the globally biggest album in a while but she's FAR from global stardom.

225-250k :o AMAZING :w00t:

She deserves all this success ;; Amazing voice + genuine personality
